What World Facts is

World Facts is a free, informational website that presents public statistics on interactive maps. It is intended for general education and reference.

Accuracy of the data

The figures shown come from third-party public sources, including the WHO, UNICEF, the World Bank, UNESCO, the ITU and Our World in Data. We work to present them faithfully, but we do not create the underlying data and cannot guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.

The data is provided “as is”, for information only. For any important, professional, academic, or decision-making use, please verify figures against the original sources, which we link to throughout the site.

Not professional advice

Nothing on World Facts is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. It is general information about countries and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Intellectual property

The design, layout, text, and code of the site are owned by World Facts. The underlying statistics remain the property of their respective sources and are used under their terms; map boundaries are from Natural Earth. You are welcome to share and cite the site with clear attribution, but you may not copy or reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to disrupt or overload it, scrape it in a way that harms its operation, or use it to mislead others or for any unlawful purpose.
